HFM Disease on the rise!

The centre called me on Thursday and asked me to bring Vera to consult doctor because they discovered blisters on her hand. I rushed back and walked to the centre with my mum with a pram. When we reached the centre, she was quarantined in office with another teacher. So, we brought her to the Polyclinic next door. As expected, Dr won't be able to tell whether it is HFM disease. Nevertheless, she was given 2 days child sick leave and under observation. So, after an hour at the clinic, we went to MDIS' canteen to have lunch. It was sunny day and we were perspiring. I took a bus near the Church of our Savior back to office and my mum brought her back to home using the pram.. Vera was tire and so did my mum..

The next day, I told my mum if no outbreak, don't have to waste energy and money to bring her to doctor since Sat and Sun we are not bringing her to Childcare. So, I guess 4 days should be enough to observe whether it is HFM disease.

Today, monday morning, as usual, we brought her to childcare centre. The teacher said that everyone miss Vera because the whole class is quiet without her present. She said that in fact Vera is the leader of the class and bring life to the class...hey..if you read the line between..she means that she is problematic kid...don't know to feel happy and to feel lousy..May our Lord teach her with His words and guide her to be more people like kid.

I am very heavy and tire

I feel like I am over weight. My back is aching and my thighs are stress with weight.

Vera is a happy girl. She has lots of love from us. Only worry that the boy is here to snatch away her love from us. Pray that we know how to balance. Pray that we are good parents that would not show favorism.

She can remember a lot of words..eg COW, CAT, CAR, BOY, DOG, SUN, BUS, BOOK, BABY, TREE. I am quite happy with her improvement..though she still can't memorise A -Z. She is also learning numbers and some chinese characters..She can tell you Sunshine bread etc..very amazing : )

I bought a small cake for her to rehearsal for the coming birthday. She knows that she has to blow the candles after the song finished sang by us..She kept asking for cake and blow, that's why I bought a mini cake for her to practise..very interesting..

Now I know my ABCs!

Hey, guess what? She can repeat after me when I teach her alphabet. A few of the letters she will say it out first before me. When I stop at X, she will continue with Y Z. Vera even can tell me book when I spell out B-O-O-K.
Now childcare centre stops giving her pacifier and white napkin. We are still struggling with her at home. She totally out grow sarung cradle now.
After 2 months, we find it really tough to handle all housewhole without my mum around. She said she will be back to help us, really thank God for that. Pray that we will have and appreciate her help when she is back. And I will have more time for my devotion and my church activities.
