Full term, 40 weeks!

Another day to full term. Very painful at lower part of back. Can't even walk immediately after sitting for long time. Later after giving presentation, still need to rush to KK for check up. Not sure whether I have dilated but I suspect it has dilated. Pray that I will give back today or tomorrow coz I would not in office starting tomorrow. Really can't walk for long journey and work is too stressful..I am about 65 KG now..

39 weeks!

Tomorrow I will be 39 weeks of pregnancy. Another week to go to see my lovely boy..very excited.

Yesterday went for check up..my weight was 64kg..all routine checks were fine..looking forward to welcome my lovely boy :p

It is really wonderful that I can have a girl and a boy in my family chart..Yes, agree that when you take picture..it looks nice if there is a girl and a boy in the family..will I have third child..hmm....if God prepare us in everything :p

I almost forgotten how to breastfeed baby..when to start and what is the correct position of the baby..I searched website and found useful tips again..pray that this round I will be more successful in breastfeeding..

I am very bless this round..my mum has done two times of rice wine for my confinement..yummy..yummy..I love the rice wine chicken, rice wine pig organs etc..total we have about 12 bottles of rice wine..hmm..if bought from outside, it cost $12 / bottle..

Name for my boy..finally we agreed on the name..Josiah Yong 杨祈正。 We have confirmed not to have the hanyupinyin name in the birth cert..

My office is under renovation..already shifted most of my stuff to swing area..I guess I will be there for one week, at most..after that I will go for maternity leave..when I return to office, there will be 2 lactation rooms (pantries if it is not used) available for express breast milk..thanks to the government initiative of pro-family approach.. When I return to office in mid Sep 08, the new office will be ready :p

Not sure where will be our new office in 3 years time..it is confirmed that all government have to shift out from CBD area..Pray that the new office will close to my next flat, if by God's grace we got another blessed flat..

Vera is going to 26 months!

Now Vera can communicate in a complete sentence. She can even tell you what she has done in the day time when we fetch her back from her grandmother at CCK these few days. She loves to be with her and with the maid. I guess most probably because the house is full of toys and with three elder kids. She slept well these days. Ask her whether she wants to go to school, she will say "don't want" and shake her head at the same time. Sometimes, she sings, but I have hard time to recognise what song she was singing. As for Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, I love you, You love me, Happy Birthday Song, all these she can sing with correct rythm and tempo.

Now I have childcare problem for Josiah. How I wish I have a friend staying nearby me and can share a maid with me. Of course the maid and baby will be at their house during day time and there must be an adult to supervise. Really not sure how God will open a way for my family. Actually, the best is my mother in-law can help us for the first 1.5 year. The triplets are almost 3 years old by the time I completed my maternity leave.

Confinement Lady in Singapore!

The market rate is quite expensive now. Thank God that finally my hubby agreed to get my mum to help. I have 2 contacts 81599238 and 82004456 for CL. The standard package of $1.8K include taking care of mummy, baby day and night, machine wash mummy, baby and daddy clothes, cook meal for mummy and daddy, daily cleaning of kitchen, weekly cleaning of whole house (simple cleaning).

Vera's school finally has to close for 10 days because of HFMD suddenly shot up on these few days. 6 confirmed cases. My mum was not in Singapore. My husband just make up decision to put her with the triplets at CCK. Thus, these few days we can't have breakfast before working. Got to rush to CCK and rush to office in town. Thank God that Vera has fully done up (eat dinner, shower) before we fetch her after our dinner. So, go home just put her to bed.

My tummy is getting bigger and heavier. Really hope that Josiah will pop out anytime..too tiring for me this round..may be I am too old by now.
